Mike has been a SQL Server DBA/Systems Administrator since 1997. He implemented and maintained an ERP system that ran on a SQL Server database for 10 years. Currently maintains several SQL Server databases that are used for monitoring electrical meters. 2)

In this Lightning talk we will discuss Civic Hacking and Volunteerism. We will start by discussing what Civic Hacking is and then discuss volunteering opportunities. Volunteerism isn’t just about giving forward but is also a great opportunity to develop new skills and network with others.

About Carlton:
Carlton B Ramsey has worked for Third Federal Savings and Loan in Cleveland Ohio for two decades as an Application Developer and Database Administrator. He is an active member of the North Ohio SQL Server User Group, frequent SQL Saturday Presenter and Past-President of the Akron-Canton Chapter of CompTIA AITP (Association of Information Technology Professionals). In addition, he has a MCSA SQL 2016 Database Development.
